Many experts agree that small business owners and entrepreneurs are the key to lifting our nation out of the current economic crisis.  Detroit and Wall Street certainly can't help...but empowering individuals through entrepreneurship education can.  Entrepreneurial skills help expand vision, creativity, and problem solving.  Entrepreneurship makes America strong and Congress believes in it (see HR 699).
